I'm sorry to hear that someone was able to access your account and close it. Regrettably, a closed account cannot be reopened. However, the unauthorized activity can still be reported. For assistance reporting the activity, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
