Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money.
If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.
So your best option is to contact customer services and ask them to link a card for you OR send you a cheque with the balance in the post as per link.

I was just trying to make my fiance's card to my account to transfer funds it's not against policy and here it is it's my personal account th
You are not allowed to add another persons financial details to your paypal account so there is one 'reason' to start with without even starting to check out reasons why.
If they kept your funds then it was because you broke their acceptable use policy so there another 'reason'.
And just because you don't like my reply its a bit pathetic so say I work for Paypal 🤣

I agree what you say, but if thats the case. They should be transparent and notice and inform people about THEIR MONEY AND ACCOUNT PROBLEMS AND NOT THAT PEOPLE THEN SEARCH LIKE IDIOTS WHATS WRONG AND HOW TO RESOLVE... AND THAT THERE IS NO RESOLUTION. WHATEVER IT IS NOT BY PAYPAL RULES. NOBODY CAN'T JUST TAKE MONEY FOR MONTHS OR NOT TO RETURN IT AT ALL. THIS AINT RIGHT. IF ITS SOMETHING ILLEGAL THAN ITS DIFFERENT STORY, THEN YES AND ITS POLICE OR LAW TO TAKE MONEY AND NOT COMPANY.
