How can I confirm my identity

I've received emails that say my account is limited and I need to verify my identity.
I have tried to solve it as instructed but it's just odd.

I'd go to the notification, then click on "Verify your identity". Nothing happens. It doesn't let me provide anything.
I just get the message that says

"Thanks for providing your info

We're reviewing your info and we'll get back to you in
2-4 business days.

Once your identity is confirmed, you can use your account to
enjoy unlimited send and receive transactions."

What info? I didn't provide anything. Also, I have never received any messages either so I assumed they have not reviewed my info. (Again, what info?)

Has anyone experienced the same thing?
