How anyone else had issues with paypal desputes?

Has anyone else noticed that issues that should be addressed or have once been addressed by disputes, have been getting closed without knowledge or closed with the reason of no issue or wrong doing found?

I understand your concern about the dispute getting closed. When a dispute is opened, you have 20 days to resolve it with the other party. If you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim so that PayPal investigate and decide the outcome. A dispute will automatically gets closed after 20 days unless it’s been escalated. If this is not the case, and like to appeal the outcome of the case, you can do it within 10 days of the case closing. I recommend you to contact the support team to request an appeal for the closed dispute.
