Since 2019 I’ve had a business do 1,000 transaction a month, due to Royal Mail strikes this month I’ve been put in higher tier for disputes, we only had 8 disputes in last 8 days so that’s 1 a day but the transactions because of Christmas is much higher (200 transactions a day) which seems unfair, also every dispute I win because I repost recorded but I’ve read that doesn’t matter, what matters is the dispute opening first, my question is - how many disputes are you allowed before a ban? As I’m thinking of closing my businesses for a month as I don’t want to get banned. And when do counts get reviewed is it example each month or 90 days etc hope you can help as it’s important I keep my PayPal as I’ve now got a newborn. Regards
