My buyer has filled a dispute after receiving my services and blocked me and deleted our conversation.

Depends which dispute they have opened. If they have opened a dispute for non receipt of a physical item then you would need a tracking number to prove delivery of the item to the buyer to win any dispute.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @S_7

Thanks for posting in the PayPal Help Community and welcome!

I understand your concern about receiving a dispute from the buyer. No need to worry! PayPal Seller protection is a protection for seller that guards you in the events of event of claims, chargebacks, or reversals resulting from unauthorized purchases or item not received issues. You must submit all proof and/or documents to represent your case within the required timeframe via the PayPal Resolution Center. As you've mentioned about not having shipping information, you can provide any compelling evidence that proves the buyer received the intangible item, digital good, or service. You can refer this page to know more about seller protection policy. Once the information is submitted, PayPal would investigate and declare the outcome based on the evidences provided by both the parties. You can always check the status and updates of the dispute in the resolution center of your PayPal account.

Thanks for the help @kernowlass!

I hope this information helps you,

Bindu
