Help to get unauthorized charges back

Theres charges on my acct i never authorized and paypal said theres no unauthorized charges on acct. Ive never used my acct i only opened for a game and now my money is gone and my bank charged me overdraft. How can i get paypal to help me get my money back if they say theres no fraudulent charges. Someone please help

Hello @SaraN2018, Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to hear you have had unauthorised transactions on your account. 

Be sure to check your pre-approved billing agreement payments. This charge could be from a service you signed up for in the past and may have forgotten about it.

To check or cancel your pre-approved billing agreements:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. Click Manage automatic payment.
4. Select the merchant's name or email address.
5. Click Cancel.
