Hello, I need help. I dont have my own credit card and I tried to transfer money to my brothers cards. It didnt work probably because we live in Serbia and most of our banks are not allowed to paypal. They blocked my acc. How can I unblock my acc? I already sent my ID card to prove my identity but it didnt help. Please help me, thank you!!!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
