Having just read on paypal community page numerous people complaining about being scammed by total av taking unauthorised money from their paypal accounts I cannot understand why paypal is refusing to investigate this further. We have had £500 taken from our account illegally. We expect better of you paypal you are supposed to protect us.
Check if you set a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
