I just scammed by a person ordering me to draw..s/he is is using fake PayPal email to ask from 300 USD and another 700 saying that PayPal hold the money..unless I send another amount to her/hkm.. his/her name is Jere [removed] for today..for USD 305..finally he admitted that s/he is broke and keep asking for money I have been collected every single dollar for charity..and not for my self..what a sad life..I just want to report to Paypal but find nowhere to report..can anyone help
If you have paid for something and not received it then open a dispute for non receipt of item by clicking on the transaction and using the resolve problem link bottom of that details page.
That is as long as you sent the funds using goods/services and not another way??
