Hello, I have a problem with a payment request that a user sent me: First she paid me $200 for a drawing commission, then she had to pay another $200 because my account was not a business user, I got this email email saying that my shipment has already been sent, in the email they sent me it says that I have to pay $200 dollars as a refund to the girl, the problem is that I do not have enough money to cover the required expenses, could you please return the $400 dollars that the lady had to pay for the misunderstanding? Please and grace?

I guess in the end it was a scam, anyway, thank you very much for your collaboration.

Sounds as if she is scamming you. Did you receive any money into your paypal account?
If nothing in your paypal account then you have been paid nothing, even pending payments SHOW in your paypal account balance.

I want to think he didn't try to scam me, but thinking about it, mmmmmmmm... He tried to contact several other artists on Twitter to get the commission, he told me he would pay the $200 commission. even though he only asked for $5. , then she tried to get me to pay the $200, either through my family or by buying a $200 graphics card, she did not try to find a solution to recover the money, what I do not understand is, if she tried to scam me, why did I receive PayPal emails?

That is not a genuine paypal message and you would have been receiving fake paypal emails.
