Have others experienced the same snail pace customer support?

In years past, if I've open a dispute, it was resolved rather quickly (as in maybe a couple weeks at the absolute most) I have a current one that has been open for nearly a month and I haven't received a absolute single piece of updated information from PayPal at all about it. Getting in touch with an agent is definitely not what it used to be. I have to rely on using those absurd prompts and putting a statement in and waiting for a reply who knows how long later. Forget getting to actually talk with someone.  Anyone else experience this type of wait time and major hurdles for customer service?
