Has anyone been through the process of external chargebacks? If so, please help.

Hi,

 

Has anyone been through the process of external chargebacks? My customer filed 10 disputes in January with American Express for $18K. He closed the disputes quickly (I have proof of this) and the 75 day mark has passed, but PayPal has not refunded me. I know with certainty that American Express refunded PayPal back in January.

 

How long past the 75 day mark have you waited? What should I do? PayPal keeps saying it's with the external credit card but I know with certainty that all of the disputes are closed.

 

I know that PayPal holds funds from closed disputes for 75 days to prevent second disputes, but I thought they released the funds on Day 75 and they have not done so.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
