Welcome to our Help Forums! It sounds like you're running into some issues uploading some verification documents, is that right? If so, you may have the opportunity to upload a new photo in the Resolution Center. If you run into issues uploading a new image, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to see what options they may have.
