HELP! Can't respond to a dispute. Paypal says i need to respond but there is no option to respond

Paypal says i need to respond to a dispute. but it doesn't provide any means to respond or upload documents..
They tell me repeatedly to "respond" but fail to actually give me the means to do so.
How do i respond?? ive followed the instructions and the links... but the respond button just takes me to the case details and there is no way there to enter a response or upload documents.

I suggest you to try some troubleshooting steps like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if you're able to respond to the dispute. If the issue persists, you can contact the team to update your response towards the dispute in your account.
