Got charged for a refund for money I received that I didn't ask for. Twice. Any suggestions?

Received money for apparently selling from a website.

I don't sell anything and only use paypal as a means to receive money from my freelance jobs.

Received money twice and refunded twice. 

Not sure what to do about this. 

Is there still a chance to get back the paypal fees that was forcibly taken from my account?

I can certainly understand how concerning something like this can be.
