Goods not received , cannot contact the seller

I bought something off a lady and paid the money into her partners PayPal account. I did not receive the goods and cannot contact the lady nor her partner. I have since found out she is doing this to other people.

As long as you did NOT use the friends/family option you should still have buyer protection.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page open a dispute for non receipt of item.
