Genius Wave can't be contacted for promised refund

Dr Rivers promises an easy refund on Genius Wave audios. Only there is no phone number and the support email address doesn't respond.

I tried to order and it won't process.  Are they still in business?  I'd like to try....  You want to return?  When did you order?  Not happy?

This week I finally got a refund after I contacted clickbank via Paypal. Then the company contacted me with a lot of false customer service jargon, but no answer when I wondered why they hadn't answered my 8 emails? I wouldn't deal with them again. However, these brainwaves are interesting and there are other sites more reputable if you do a search. Worth a try, but not these people, in my opinion.

Hi, were you able to get a refund from genius wave? I made the purchase but can’t download the product. No way to contact them! Would appreciate any help.

Find the email order confirmation they sent (mine was from digistore24) go all the way to the bottom where they put a “help email” link. Create and send an email with all your order info. (I also attached pics of my invoices) and cross your fingers.
