Fraudulent website used PayPal for Transaction

I bought something from a website that used PayPal, when I received my product it was nothing what I Had paid for. I am wanting a refund but I have no activity in my PayPal account only a receipt from their end of a PayPal receipt. How do I dispute this transaction ?

Contact customer service to open a dispute:

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes
  4. Click Dispute a payment
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.

Have your receipt ID number from bottom of the PayPal email receipt handy, if available.
