Has anyone been subject to fraudulent activity lately (e.g. unauthorized transfers from bank Account, ostensibly to PayPal which are not received)?

Sorry to hear about the fraudulent activity in your account. I totally understand your concern. If you do not recognize the transactions and they are not showing up in your PayPal account, I would suggest you to report these transactions with your bank. From there, the bank will communicate with us further so we can find and report the transactions for further investigation.
