Has anyone had a purchaser claim that their purchase was unauthorised and ordered their finance organisation to reverse payment?

A chargeback is not a paypal dispute but done via the buyers c.c. company as they funded their paypal payment that way.
The c.c. issuer makes all decisions, all paypal can do is pass on any information from you to the card issuer on your behalf.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
