Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If there are any transactions on your paypal account then click on them and report them as unauthorised if that is what they were.
Then do a scan on your computer and change your passwords and security questions to be on the safe side.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I saw this little face thing and my young son wanted to do it. I was okay because it was $1.99, so I let him try it and he was not able to complete it because the camera on the other end was not working. Paid $1.99 for it and checked my account the next day and noticed I was charged 38.00 for a recurring monthly subscription. First, of course, I contact pay pal and was told I had to call this company first, well the company is in Lithuanian and I was not making that call. I emailed several times and only got a general answer my refund will happen in 5 days.
Well, this person is a scammer, and I let them know that if I did not get my refund I would report them to the F.B.I. for wire fraud and any other charges I could report them for and have them investigated. After I read all the complaints I was surprised that paypal did not have anything in place that would automatically not allow funds to be sent to this scammer (or at least make them wait 5 days for the funds). It seems like they are telling us it is our problem when we are not even aware there is a problem until we look at our account. Something should be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reported them to the FBI??? You do know that legal entities in your country have no power over a company in any other country !!!
A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel or buy something cheap and don't read the small print about a subscription. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.
Once a subscription has been set up then you have authorised those payments and Paypal have to pay them.
Be careful what you are accepting.

I know, it was my threat to them. Would I still do it, I WILL TRY AND IF NOTHING COMES OUT OF IT IS OKAY WITH ME. I understand exactly what you are saying but sometimes we have to try to do something, even if it seems insane. Thanks for your response. Did you ever get your refund ? I will let you know if I get mine.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I did get my $38.00 returned to my paypal account from this company.
Sometimes we just assume that nothing can be done but if we don't give up too early, we can accomplish what we set out to do.
Yes, I did email them to let them know that I was filing the report with a Federal agency to investigate this company and 48 hours later I got the email that my money was refunded. I am just grateful that I caught it when it was only $38.00 but I would have done the same regardless of the money amount. My money is my hard earned money.
NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!

Sorry 3 question / exclamation marks unset your sensibilities.
Maybe if you have saved enough folks from scammers you 'may' have the right to complain about my advice, however you have NOT !!! (there you are 3 more for you).
I gave that person perfectly accurate advice so that they could cancel their subscription and so no further monies would be taken. However stating reporting to the FBI is ridiculous advice as most folks on here are not located in the U.S.

Yes, I am the person who threaten this company and, yes, to you it might have seemed like a dumb thing to do.
Guess what, it worked and I received my refund within 48 hours.
Sometimes, we have to be creative with some companies and step outside the box. Sorry, your intelligence was insulted by my unorthodox
method of handling this, BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK and to me that's all that matters.
I appreciate the response but glad I went with my gut feeling.
