I have someone protesting transactions through their bank of almost a month of payments they were paying me on here in friends and family. We went on a trip and loaned this person a sum of money for the trip itself and things we purchased, as well as allowed them to do on the trip. They are being contested through the bank and I am currently waiting for her banks settlement of the case. I have provided text messages to PayPal support of our chat logs where they deliberately told me they were going to do it because their insurance would cover them, and they told me to just deny it so they can get their money back and I can keep mine. I do not want to play along because this isnt allowed. I just want to keep the money they have been slowly been repaying me for a month. I also have a written statement by them with their ID included in the picture of the signed note saying they were legitimate transactions. Can anyone give me any other advice to submit to PayPal to provide proof of transactions even though the opposing persons bank is handling it all?
