Someone made an unauthorized purchase using my PayPal account and I received an Invoice for $700!!! I tried to reach the company and got no response. How can I speak with someone at PayPal. My online PayPal account has no record of it. Help!

Firstly an invoice is a money request, you don't have to pay it.
Secondly if its not on your paypal account then how can it have been a paypal invoice?
Sure its not a spoof email?
