Fraud Online Shop

I purchased some supplement end August from a fraud online shop which located in Berlin, Germany.

After waiting for about 2months without receiving any products, I made a call money back action on Paypal resolution center.

The seller unwillingly agreed to make a full back payment, which was obvious!

Is there any way to report this fraud online shop so no more people got hurt?

I'm truly sorry to hear about the experience you've had with this purchase. 

Filing a dispute is the best way to report a merchant to PayPal and every dispute filed against a merchant is recorded and monitored. We do reviews often and do take appropriate actions with sellers that have a high dispute rate. You can also report fraudulent websites or online stores outside of PayPal

If you have already filed a dispute, please check your Resolution Center for the case status and appeal options.
