Filed a dispute with Seller. Claim closed with details for 1 out of 8 items shipped

I had opened a dispute with a seller that I hadn't heard from or received any information about the 8 shipments I was waiting in.

 

I tried to email listed as the contact for the seller and I got a bounce back that their email was full and they aren't able to respond.

 

So I opened a dispute.  During that time one package with 4 items was received.  But I didn't have any idea/clue that it was the seller.

 

Paypal contacted the seller and since they provided shipping information they closed the dispute.

 

That's all well and good.  But I still haven't received the other 7 shipments.  But I can't re-open the dispute or file a new one.

Or am I missing something?

When you received the item you had the option to 'change' the dispute from non receipt to not as described ie wrong items or insufficient quantity.

As you didn't it auto-closed.

 

Contact customer services and see if they will open another one for you?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Make sure you have activated the below link in case you have to return what you received first.
