Worst platform imaginable.
My husband's business account owes funds to PayPal because he received a chargeback from a customer.
He cannot access his account now to pay it back.
We have contact Paypal about this for the last 4 months and every time they get different answers.
They transferred it from AUD to USD and now we owe more money because of it.
They keep on saying we will send an email but we received nothing.
They say the only way to pay it back is to refer it from another PayPal account but it doesn't work as it says " this account cannot accept funds right now.
We can't log into the account to pay it back, therefore was can't contact Paypal from his account, we can only call them.
They are now saying the only way that we can pay the money is to send a CHEQUE to the USA? I mean do chequeS even exist these days???
We are not located in the US so there is no point in sending a cheque.
WE ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING HERE AND PAY THE MONEY BACK TO PAYPAL BUT THEY ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO.
Worst customer service ever, any ideas how to fix this?
