False information to limitation

Hi i just created an account but it got a limitation because i used false info in the credit card form and now it's asking for a photo of my credit card but i don't have one is there anything i can do to retrieve the account im pretty nervious and don't know how to start.

You provided false information on a legal financial account??

Are you over 18, only sounds as if you are younger if you don't have a card to add.

Suggest you reach out to customer services to explain buy you may find you can no longer use paypal unfortunately.
