Having Read various Links The Company Huxdow Technology is a Fake Company as too the Haulage that Delivers Why would a Company State that if a Package is Not Delivered you cannot or have any rights for a Refund? So what is the Tracking No’ for if you cannot Trace If you wish to Return you pay a Return Fee thats if you receive it !! Impossible to trace Paypal keep telling me to Contact the Seller who do not exist it seems and why do i have to keep chasing the Supplier if they do not have contact address etc
I had an order from 8/26/23 that I finally got full refund on last week from Husdow - tracking info from china post showed delivered but USPS tracking was "not in system" and therefore unverifiable. It took several phone calls to Paypal Customer Svc directly but did get a positive resolution. Be a squeeky wheel with Paypal! Make them request proof from seller, chances are the info does not exist and Paypal has to honor refund dispute!
I have the same problem with "Huxdow Technologies" which I suspect is the same scammer as Husdow Technology. There are automated responses in the dialog that ultimately have no content. The shipment tracking is fake. There is no parcel for me at German customs, although the shipment tracking claims this and then stops. Huxdow tries to escape the PayPal rules with automated responses.
