Facebook scammer for a ticker says it can win my paypal claim,i have paid with goods and services

I bought 2 concert tickets from a girl who was discovered being a scammer.

I paid with goods and services and opened a dispute,but now she is offering me like 50% or 70% of the amount saying that if i go for the claim i lose.

I have screenshots of all,is there actually a way she can win?

The onus would be on here to prove that she sent you the tickets.

I would escalate and see what happens.
