Facebook sale buyer collect

Guitar advertised on facebook, facebook member with a profile since 2014 and a few Leeds UTd posts offers full asking price, exchanged messages saying that he would send his wife to collect, I asked how payment would be made saying preference for cash on collection, he answered that he would pay via paypal immediately.  is this likely to be a scam?  He did not ask many questions about the guitar just

"how long have you neen using it?  I answered and then he came back with

"Okay sounds good hope its in good condition, where are you located?

I answered with no address just main postcode.

He answered with "sounds good, Kindly get back to me with your address so my wife will come over to pick it up herself cause I'm not available to do that myself, cause my wife stays closer to you so she will come over to pick up in her truck"

I asked "How will you make payment? Cash on collection preferred owing to previous facebook scams",

his answer "so do you have paypal so I can make the payment now ....cause my wife doesn't have a bank for me to make the payment to her, am not around to bring cash"

Am I protected at all or vulnerable to scam here?

Thanks

You have 0 seller protection for items personally collected or delivered.

They could pick up the item and then file a dispute for non receipt of item and without a tracking number to prove delivery you would unfortunately lose.
