I sold an item on Facebook Marketplace. Buyer says she sent the money to my PayPal account, but the funds are not showing up. It has been 5 hours, since she supposedly sent the money. She even sent me a prepaid shipping label to attach to the box and asked me to take it to the USPS today. Is it normal to have to wait for my money, until the buyer receives the package?

No and it could well be a scam, paypal payments are more or less instant.

Check the email address you have sent her and make sure it was correct without any spelling errors.

Secondly there is a scam where the buyer states they have paid via FAKE paypal emails and wants you to send trackable asap before you realise you have not actually been paid.

Also you would have no paypal seller protection if the buyer sends a label for you to use as the tracking number has to show you as the vendor sending to the buyers PAYPAL REGISTERED ADDRESS at the time of payment.

Do not send ANYTHING until you see the funds in your paypal account balance, even if on hold or pending they would still SHOW in your paypal account balance / activity.
