FRAUDULENT CHARGE - PAYPAL WONT ATTEND TO COMPLAINT! - CHARGE FROM AUSTRALIA PHONE - I'M IN USA

I HAVE A FRAUDULENT CHARGE - PAYPAL WON'T PAY ATTENTION - THEY CLAIM IT IS LEGITIMATE AND TO CALL THE BILLER - HERE I AM IN THE US AND THE BILLER IS IN AUSTRALIA!!

I DONT WANT TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER - THEN THE FRAUDSTERS WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ME --CHARGE IS FOR "BITCOINS"" -- I NEED TO DISCUSS WITH HUMAN AT PAYPAL -- WORSE THING IS THEY (PAYPAL) CALLED ME TWICE BUT I HAD TO PRESS "1" TO VALIDATE IT WAS ME. I DID ON BOTH CALLS BUT APPARENTLY THE "1" DID NOT GO THROUGH. TOTAL FRAUD AND IT APPEARS THAT PAYPAL SEEMS TO BE PART OF THE SCAM!!

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
