We have a Visa Account with a UK bank. My wife and I each have a card. I noticed three fraudlent transactions that took money from our Visa Card.
PAYPAL *JERSONANTONY [Removed]&
PAYPAL *KARINCARDENAS [Removed]
As soon as I spotted them I phoned our bank and stopped the credit card. My complaint is that they could use an apparent PayPal account. Though some report that Ebay transactions appear as PayPal. It is not directly PayPals problem mine to stop the card etc... But I bring this somehow to PayPal to inform them that people are using apparently PayPal accounts for fraud. Or making the trans

Sure its not this?
If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal card reader and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

This has nothing directly to do with my Pay Pal account. This is nothing to do with my PayPal account. I didn't pay using a reader on a PayPal account. Looking at our joint Credit Card someone had made 3 payments against our Credit Card that we DidNot make! However the payments on our Credit Card begin PAYPAL *JERSONANTONY. So I looked on my Pay Pal account nothing on that. I have seen other people claim that they have had payments like this beginning PayPal then I a name one doesn't recognise. So this is a fraud against our credit card. Don't worry card stopped and renewed. UK Bank repaying this money to our account. I just thought Pay Pal from a security point of view should realise tthat some fraud appears this way.

The whole point is that you did not use your paypal account, the seller may have done.
If you paid online with a credit card then the seller may have 'processed' those payments via THEIR card reader ie reading YOUR card and sending the funds to THEIR paypal account. SO NOTHING WOULD SHOW ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
That is why you may see PAYPAL on your card statement but not realise it was a PAYPAL transaction.
I mention it because I have seen that happen hundreds of times on here and then later the poster comes back to say that they had to pay the seller again as they chargeback a correct transaction. Just to be aware, if it really was a scam fine but I am giving you an alternate explanation.
