FRAUD - how to get the money back

Hello, I send money to a fraud and I don´t know how to cancel the money transfer. I blocked my bank account but the payment is still waiting there. The seller´s e-mail is: [Removed] and Facebook name: Laden [Removed], Paypal name: will [Removed]. He uses false photographs and he is not the person on photos... I want to block this fraud and block the money transfer. How can I do it? Thank you for advice. Best regards Jan
