FRADULENT CHARGES BY PAYPAL MARGINAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ONLINE.COM - $78.33
I disputed this charge and was given credit for it, but PayPal reversed the charge. I have done and said everything I know to do to EXPLAIN THAT THIS IS NOT MY CHARGE. PayPal has turned it over to a collection agency and how stupid this move is, because I WILL NOT PAY THIS. They are extorting me for these FRADUALENT CHARGES: Extortion is the act of forcing someone to do something against their will by using threats, intimidation, or violence to obtain money, property, or services from them. It is a criminal offense and can lead to severe legal consequences

Paypal do not cover you for all unauthorised payments if they think the transaction was caused by negligence on your side.
So if your IP was used because a family member did the transaction OR your computer was hacked / it came from another 3rd party site you were subscribed to / your phone was stolen / you clicked a link in an email and gave away account details.
Those are examples but not everything.
If they have passed it on to a debt agency then it has nothing to do with paypal anymore as they have sold the debt so your issue is between you and the debt agency now.
Be careful and check it won't affect future credit now you have this debt. (country specific).
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

No one has access to my account. I use PayPal only on my iPad. Access to the account requires facial recognition. I changed my password recently. How could someone make a fraudulent charge to my account? Why wouldn’t PayPal be responsible for refunding the charge?

NO, THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED! IT'S LIKE THEY DON'T REALLY CARE. BECAUSE IF THEY DID, THERE IS NO WAY THEY COULD KEEP SAYING THIS TRANSACTION WAS AUTHORIZED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PAYPAL BUSINESS AND THEY DON'T WANT MONEY COMING OUT OF THEIR CORPORATION.

Hi, I too had a charge from them, two 24.99 charges in two months. It seems after I made a purchase, they added me to their "VIP" program and now think they are just going to charge me every month! So I imagine this is the same with you. You purchased something and now they continue to charge. I deleted them from my auto pay and have sent an email to them objecting to the charge. I bought a blood pressure cuff from them. This is the second time this has happened, I bought a shower envy shower spray and they continued to charge me, after complaints I received a partial refund. If you look back into your records you will see that you ordered something from them and they continued to charge you for a bogus vip service. I hope this helps you,

Who are they? What is the name of their business? I can’t find any information about them but they charged me $86 in one transaction and $14 in another transaction the same day.
