Hello, I have seen that the estimated resolution date changed from 3rd of April to 14 of April - do I need to do anything else apart from the information and photos that I have provided ? I haven’t got an email from PayPal for additional info, maybe the seller is not responding and they are giving him more time ? This was escalated on the 14th of March after the seller denied my return request.

Yes paypal may give the seller more time to provide any evidence etc. OR they are just busy especially as we have just had extra non business days for Easter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
