I received money from a tenant 20 days ago. I am blocked to transfer money to bank. The error message says: "There’s an issue with your account". I called customer many times and was told to wait for 72 hours very time. It is 21 days already and i am still told to wait. How long do i have to wait for? what is the reason PayPal holds the money for so long? Any help will be appreciated.
