So, if somebody has setup a duplicate Paypal account with my name and address, applied for Paypal credit and built up a balance of over £1400, and now the balance is accruing late payment charges to be concluded with Paypal closing my fraud case in their favour, what can I do? They will not tell me anything about the duplicate account because I obviously can't pass a Data protection check because I don't know the email that has been used, so they want me to pay for an account that's being used, that I can't see/amend in any way, and I can't close it because I can't prove I'm the owner (Obviously I'm not, it's a fraudulent account)! I'm in a corner here!
