I have due amount to PayPal and account is permanently banned. I want to pay the due amount but when I add a debit/credit card it says you cannot pay as your account is banned. It also doesn't accept money from Wise account through bank transfer when I enter customer reference ID in description. What should I do? How do I pay the dues?
