I have problem. My account is fully restricted and I can not work. My money is locked for 180 days and I can not live and work without my paypal account and that money.
My Paypal,Gmail and some other social medias and game browsers got hacked after I clicked a malicious link after a lot of hard work I spent on trying to recover with data of an ID,Passport and other stuff I succeeded but when I tried to see my Paypal account it was deleted and many new were created tried deleting them but they all had Account limitations like this I am having the same problem
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
