Dress size scammer.

Hi! 

I bought a $3,000.00 formal dress on eBay that the seller listed as a size 4. It's a size 0. Paypal closed the case without issuing a refund to me. What should I do now? this scammer has my payment and got rid of her size 0 problem.

Paypal covers you for items ''significantly'' other than as described, however you bought a dress and received a dress, sadly paypal does not get involved with quality issues.

You would need to sort that out privately with the seller if you have a small claims court or similar in your country (as long as it wasn't bought from another country like China?) Or if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then try a chargeback via your card issuer?
