Do i get refund from Paypal?

I bought a macbook for $553.46 paid through Paypal Balance but I never received the item, I asked for a refund from the seller and the Seller Declined, the offerup also didn't help because it was based on the notification of the item being shipped, but i never received the package. I've been to the usps, they were surprised because for a macbook weighs 1oz and was delivered in the mailbox. My question : is PayPal gonna refund my money because i didn't receive the package? I already open the case to Paypal and im still waiting because the status is still under review. Now im waiting and worried PayPal will decline my Refund because its alot of money for me

Escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days (before it times out), if you need Paypal to get involved.

If you lose because the seller provides a fake tracking number then post back here for more advice.
If the item arrives and its not what you ordered / not as described then make sure you change the dispute quickly from non receipt. If the dispute times out before you can change it then contact customer services to open a second dispute for the new reason.
