Disputes/Claim

So I have disputed a number of payments for not being as advertised. All the payments were for the same item and to the same company. However only some were refunded/accepted. The payments went to multiple different emails yet it was the same item and company the money went to. Any ideas why only some disputes/claims were accepted and refunded?
