I had a item I originally ordered in October but never came almost 2 months later I put in dispute last month they said I’d get a refund or a response in 30 days I yet to receive my refund or any confirmation on anything the seller had until the second of this month to respond and refund me he never did so I’m stuck waiting

Has it auto closed or is it still open?
