I have a dispute and I should have clicked on dispute with seller,however I clicked on unauthorized payment. PayPal investigated and decided that the payment was not unauthorized so they closed the case and told me I was responsible for the payment. Now that I know I should start a dispute with seller, I am not able to do so because the case has been de died. Any help would be appreciated.
