I have a dispute and I should have clicked on dispute with seller,however I clicked on unauthorized payment. PayPal investigated and decided that the payment was not unauthorized so they closed the case and told me I was responsible for the payment. Now that I know I should start a dispute with seller, I am not able to do so because the case has been de died. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! We're glad to have you here. For this sort of situation, it would be best if you got in contact with an agent using PayPal's Contact Us page. You'll need an agent's assistance to properly refile this case to the right reason. I hope this helps you out!
