Dispute not closing after refunded.

Hello,

I had 1 dispute arrive 4 days ago , I refunded the payment but it still shows as "under review" - what could be happening here?

I thought that after I refunded the payment , it'd be immediately closed.

Did you use the refund option and not the 'send money' option?

If so then it may just be delayed or a glitch, maybe contact customer services and see if they can close it for you?

I did the refund , but for active cases the Paypal balance isn't reduced immediately.
I then withdrew funds from my PP balance so they needed to do a bank debit - that took 3 days , then 3 days later they finally closed the dispute.
