Dispute - item not received - item received but incorrect - can't open another dispute?

Hello,

 

Purchased an item, item overdue in post, raised dispute with paypal, an item was received but incorrect, how do I open another dispute?

You have the option to change a dispute from non receipt TO not as described when you receive it as long as you are prompt about it.

If you are too late and its closed then you would need to contact customer services and see if they will open a second one for you.

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
