Dispute issue

I had a dispute with a seller and they provided a delivery note so the case was closed in their favor. I was away and the post Man because of covid signed on my behalf while I wasn't at home. Thing is the item I got is not what I had ordered , I had ordered a folding table, and got a Bluetooth head set now I need to know what to do to reopen the case.
