Dispute in a recent transaction

Hello, 

I recently logged in a complain to the paypal resolution center that there has been a transaction which was not done by me , the payment was a subscription from Uber in Canada. While I reside in Sri Lanka there has been a mistake. 

The case was closed stating that I was the one who had subscribed it and the recurring payment will be disapproved. This felt like injustice ! 

Is there a way that I can solve this ? I am in need of the refund for the payment that was not made by me !
